This is the first Indonesian SEO Contest held by Pogung who is the winner of several International SEO Competitions. Ethically, It sounds bad if some SEO blogs join this test, but pogung said that there are NO RULES for the Contestants. The very basic reason is that google actually never make a real rule to every blogger and webmaster to be the first page of the SERP and SEO is going as natural effect as it is.
